📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of penetration testers to conduct thorough security assessments of various systems and applications.
Identify and report vulnerabilities, providing actionable recommendations for security improvements.
Develop and implement security testing methodologies and best practices.
Collaborate with clients to understand their security requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends, tools, and techniques.
Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations such as ISO 27001, NIST, and OWASP.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on penetration testing.
Certifications such as Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP), or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) are a plus.
Proven experience in leading and managing a team of penetration testers.
Strong understanding of various penetration testing tools and frameworks, including Metasploit, Burp Suite, and Kali Linux.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
