📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimize equipment and facility utilization.
• Conduct regular maintenance and inspections to ensure assets are in optimal working condition.
• Monitor asset performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to manage maintenance contracts and schedules.
• Collaborate with the Asset Manager to develop and maintain asset management policies and procedures.
• Provide training and support to operational staff on asset management best practices.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize asset-related risks.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in asset management, agricultural operations, or a similar role.
• Proven track record in optimizing asset performance and improving operational efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of asset management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Certification in asset management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
