PT Wibawa Wardhana is seeking a dedicated Deputy Security to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our employees, visitors, and assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management and a commitment to maintaining a secure and safe working environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and patrol designated areas to prevent unauthorized access and potential security threats.,Conduct regular security checks and inspections of facilities, equipment, and vehicles.,Respond to security incidents and emergencies, including coordinating with law enforcement as needed.,Maintain and update security records, including incident reports and access logs.,Enforce security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.,Provide security training and awareness programs to employees and visitors.,Work closely with other departments to ensure the overall security and safety of the workplace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in security operations and management.,Knowledge of security laws, regulations, and best practices.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations.,Valid security clearance and certification (e.g., SATPAM, ASN, or equivalent).,Proficiency in Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with security software and equipment is a plus.
