📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks.
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and steam wands.
• Ensure the coffee shop is clean and organized, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Greet and assist customers, providing excellent customer service and recommendations.
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations during the evening shift.
• Stay updated on coffee trends and new products to offer innovative and exciting drinks to customers.
• Handle cash transactions and manage the cash register accurately.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.
• Familiarity with espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Good communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends, including holidays.
