Materials Coordinator - Bangka Belitung

In your daily tasks, you'll be responsible for managing procurement processes, maintaining accurate inventory records using SAP or similar software, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials. You'll also work closely with project managers to forecast material needs and ensure that materials are available when and where they are needed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and ordering materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using SAP or similar software.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Work closely with project managers to forecast material needs and ensure that materials are available when and where they are needed.
• Monitor stock levels and place reorder points to maintain optimal inventory.
• Ensure that all materials meet quality standards and specifications.
• Manage and maintain relationships with key suppliers.
• Prepare and analyze reports on material usage, procurement costs, and inventory levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in materials coordination, procurement, or inventory management.
• Proven experience with SAP or similar inventory management software.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with construction and infrastructure projects is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
