📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process payroll for plantation workers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and national labor laws.
• Manage employee benefits, including leave, bonuses, and retirement plans.
• Maintain accurate payroll records using SAP Payroll or similar software.
• Provide expert advice and support to the HR team on payroll matters.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries and benefits.
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring all payroll-related documentation is complete.
• Monitor payroll trends and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Payroll, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR Payroll, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Certification in HR Payroll or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using SAP Payroll or similar payroll software.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian.
