PT Mahkota Bumi is looking for a dedicated Assistant Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team in Canggu. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about customer service and sales. You will be responsible for assisting in sales transactions, managing cash and inventory, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sales transactions by greeting customers, recommending products, and processing payments.,Manage cash register, including counting cash at the end of the shift and ensuring accuracy.,Maintain inventory by updating stock levels and restocking as needed.,Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.,Assist in organizing and maintaining the store's cleanliness and orderliness.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Stay updated with promotions and discounts to inform customers about special offers.,Handle customer complaints professionally and find solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or sales environment is preferred.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of cash handling and inventory management.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
