📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Answer customer inquiries via phone and email,Process customer orders and ensure accurate information is recorded,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns,Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks,Update customer records and maintain a clean and organized workspace,Assist in training new hires and providing ongoing support to the team,Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and maintain relationships,Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing or customer service,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Strong organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus,Friendly and approachable personality,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
