As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages to our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage products to customers.,Maintain and clean coffee equipment and work areas to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.,Stock and manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.,Collaborate with the management team to improve product offerings and customer experience.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the coffee shop.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred.,Strong communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.,Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Good physical condition to stand for long periods and handle heavy equipment.,Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
