📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.,Ensure that all branch policies and procedures are followed and that the branch is compliant with all relevant regulations.,Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.,Manage and mentor branch staff, providing training and support as needed.,Monitor branch performance metrics and report to the regional manager.,Collaborate with other branch managers and the corporate office to ensure consistent company standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a retail or service industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.,Understanding of inventory management and supply chain processes.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
