📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to develop and implement recruitment strategies.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the hiring manager.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Support the team in maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace culture.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of recruitment best practices.,Assist in the analysis of recruitment metrics and data to improve recruitment processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Knowledge of English is a plus.
