📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of all facilities.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address any issues promptly.
• Oversee janitorial duties, including cleaning, waste management, and pest control.
• Use state-of-the-art tools and software, such as SAP and Oracle, to manage and track maintenance tasks efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and a comfortable work environment for all employees.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain and update facility maintenance records and reports.
• Train and mentor junior staff on facility maintenance and janitorial procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in facility maintenance and janitorial services.
• Certification in facility maintenance and janitorial services (e.g., CFMA, CMP, or equivalent).
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Proficiency in using SAP and Oracle for maintenance management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
