📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide exceptional customer service to both retail and corporate clients.
- Assist in the sales process, including product knowledge and presentation.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with the branch team to achieve sales targets and service goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Promote Bank Mega’s products and services to potential customers.
- Assist in the organization and execution of branch events and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with Bank Mega’s policies and procedures.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Good knowledge of banking products and services.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is a plus.
