Star Root Nusantara is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Staff to join our team in Nusa Dua. As an HR Staff, you will be responsible for managing various HR activities and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR processes. This is an urgent position, and we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and providing HR support.,Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Organize and coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Assist in the preparation and implementation of HR strategies and policies.,Provide HR support during employee terminations, including exit interviews and final settlements.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a customer service mindset.
