Glow Royal Berjaya is looking for a dedicated Store Operator to join our team in Ubud. As a Store Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our store, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and receiving.,Assist in the organization and presentation of merchandise to enhance the shopping experience.,Provide excellent customer service to both in-store and online shoppers.,Handle cash transactions and manage store finances.,Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily and weekly targets.,Ensure the store is clean and well-maintained at all times.,Participate in store promotions and events to boost sales.,Assist in the training and development of new team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with basic inventory management systems.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.,Willingness to work in a hybrid environment.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
