📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and standards.
  • Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Manage kitchen inventory and ordering.
  • Train and supervise junior cooks.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Plan and organize kitchen schedules.
  • Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-maintained.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cook or similar role.
  • Proven leadership and management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with local cuisine and international dishes.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work.
  • Valid food handling certificate.
