In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounting operations, ensuring financial accuracy, and providing strategic financial insights. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial records and compliance with accounting standards.,Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support the organization's financial planning and decision-making.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Lead and mentor junior accountants, providing guidance and support to improve their skills and performance.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.,Stay updated with the latest accounting trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement in the finance department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian accounting standards.,Proven experience in managing accounting operations, financial reporting, and budgeting.,Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and develop junior staff.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide strategic financial insights.,Proficiency in using accounting software and financial systems.,Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments.
