In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our software products. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our software products.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.,Create user manuals, API documentation, and other technical resources.,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Mentor and train junior technical writers.,Contribute to the improvement of our technical writing processes and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of software development concepts and processes.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar platforms.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
