📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental hiring needs.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain and update job postings on company websites and job boards.,Track and manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient hiring.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and referral partners.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Familiarity with social media platforms and professional networking sites.,Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
