In this role, you will be responsible for managing our financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.,Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Ensure compliance with GAAP and other relevant accounting standards and regulations.,Conduct financial analysis and provide reports to senior management.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing.,Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.,Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.,Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and accountants.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with insurance accounting principles and practices.
