📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the internal audit team, ensuring that all audits are conducted in accordance with industry standards and regulations.,Develop and implement a robust compliance and risk assurance program to identify and mitigate potential risks.,Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure that all operations are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.,Prepare and present comprehensive audit reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.,Collaborate with various departments to address compliance issues and implement corrective actions.,Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations, and ensure that the company's practices are adjusted accordingly.,Mentor and develop the skills of junior team members to ensure the continued success of the internal audit function.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in internal auditing, with a focus on compliance and risk assurance.,Proven experience in leading audit teams and managing complex audit projects.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws, regulations, and industry-specific standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information to non-technical stakeholders.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.,Certifications such as CPA, CIA, or CISA are a plus.
