📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, assisting with treatments, and monitoring patient health status.,Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Document patient health information accurately and maintain patient records.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Monitor and report any changes in patient health status to the medical team.,Assist in the training and supervision of junior nursing staff.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of nursing policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a registered nurse in a healthcare setting.,Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) from the relevant nursing board.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
