🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A recognized university degree in Property Valuation, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in property valuation, with a strong focus on commercial real estate.,Proven track record of delivering accurate and reliable property valuations in Bali.,Familiarity with international valuation standards, such as the International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC) guidelines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide insightful recommendations.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. Knowledge of local languages (e.g., Indonesian) is a plus.,Valid professional certification or membership with a recognized valuation institution is a strong asset.
