🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior retail management role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders.,Proficient in using retail management software and tools, such as POS systems and inventory management software.,Familiarity with retail industry trends and best practices, with a focus on customer experience and sales growth.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
