📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Analyze and monitor company costs to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.,Develop and implement cost control measures to ensure financial efficiency.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including cost reports, budget reports, and variance analysis.,Collaborate with department heads to understand their cost structures and provide cost-saving recommendations.,Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts.,Stay updated with the latest accounting standards and best practices in cost accounting.,Participate in cost reduction projects and initiatives.,Provide cost accounting support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost accounting or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and IFRS is a plus.
