📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and construct the physical infrastructure of our stores, including buildings, parking lots, and walkways.
  • Ensure that our stores meet all safety and building codes.
  • Work closely with our team of architects and contractors to ensure that our stores are safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing.
  • Oversee the construction process to ensure that it is completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure that the construction process is proceeding according to plan.
  • Maintain and repair the physical infrastructure of our stores.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the construction industry.
  • Provide guidance and support to our team of engineers and construction workers.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
  • Proficiency in using CAD and other design software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel and work in different locations.
