📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement teaching strategies.

  • Participate in school-wide events and activities.
  • Report on student performance and attendance to the principal and other stakeholders.
  • Foster a love for learning and a sense of community among students.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, relevant subject area, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a formal educational setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the Indonesian curriculum and educational standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Passion for teaching and a desire to make a difference in students' lives.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
