🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in senior care or related fields.
• Certification in senior care or a related field (e.g., Certified Caregiver, Certified Nursing Assistant).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with seniors and their families.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow a structured care plan.
• Basic knowledge of EHR and care planning software.
