📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing job postings.
Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Facilitate employee relations, including addressing employee concerns and issues, and organizing team-building activities.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing HR documentation and correspondence.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human resources.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a tech company.
Familiarity with HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or similar.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
