📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for tourism merchants using our CRM system
- Conduct training sessions on CRM features and best practices
- Assist merchants with onboarding and integration with our payment gateway
- Monitor system performance and proactively address any issues
- Collaborate with the product team to identify and implement improvements
- Maintain detailed records of support interactions and merchant feedback
- Educate merchants on compliance requirements and security best practices
- Act as a liaison between merchants and the technical team for complex issues
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or customer service roles
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce or similar platforms
- Familiarity with payment gateway integration and e-commerce technologies
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certification in ITIL or equivalent preferred
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
