📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate daily logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery and efficient use of resources.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent service and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records of all operations and customer interactions using our in-house system.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Represent TransPak at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service and operations coordination.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with logistics management software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
