📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide immediate medical care to students, including administering first aid, treating injuries, and managing acute illnesses.
• Conduct health screenings and vaccinations as required by school policy and local regulations.
• Maintain and update student health records using electronic health record systems such as Epic or Meditech.
• Educate students, parents, and staff on health promotion, disease prevention, and emergency procedures.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to student health.
• Manage and dispense medications as prescribed by medical professionals, following strict protocols and guidelines.
• Participate in school-wide health initiatives, such as health fairs, wellness programs, and emergency preparedness drills.
• Stay updated on the latest medical advancements and best practices in school nursing, attending relevant workshops and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• A valid license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Indonesia or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a school nursing or similar healthcare setting.
• Certification in Pediatric First Aid and CPR.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with international students and staff.
• Knowledge of local health regulations and school health policies in Indonesia.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the school.
