• Oversee and optimize the operational workflow of the vessel fleet, ensuring seamless, safe, and efficient maritime operations.
• Manage and coordinate with vessel operators, logistics coordinators, and safety officers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Implement and monitor operational strategies that align with the company's vision and goals.
• Work with the IT department to ensure the effective use of maritime management software such as VesselMaster and LogiX.
• Drive operational excellence by identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant maritime regulations and safety standards.
• Manage and optimize vessel schedules, including port calls, cargo loading, and unloading.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure the availability of necessary equipment and supplies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in maritime operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
