📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, training, and employee relations.
• Conduct employee training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws.
• Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
• Bridge communication between Indonesian employees and Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
• Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Fluency in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus.
