📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the F&B outlet, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Manage and motivate a team of staff, providing training and development opportunities.
• Monitor and optimize sales performance, implementing strategies to increase revenue.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and food safety standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Manage inventory and procurement, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely restocking.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Store Manager.
• Participate in store meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning of the outlet.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the F&B industry.
• Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales performance.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Ability to speak and understand Indonesian fluently.
