PT. Excellen Silo Leaching is seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure & Network Specialist to join our team in Morowali, Sulawesi Tengah. As an IT Infrastructure & Network Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and securing our critical network and IT infrastructure.

In this role, you will work closely with our team to ensure that our network and IT infrastructure are running smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for monitoring network performance, troubleshooting network issues, and implementing network security measures. You will also be responsible for maintaining our IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and other IT equipment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain network performance, ensuring optimal uptime and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, including hardware and software problems.
• Implement and manage network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and VPNs.
• Maintain and manage IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and other IT equipment.
• Install, configure, and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, and access points.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for network and IT infrastructure.
• Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of network and IT infrastructure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure and network administration.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+ are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Experience with network security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and VPNs.
• Experience with IT infrastructure management tools such as VMware, Hyper-V, or Citrix.
• Experience with network monitoring tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, or PRTG.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
