📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize open-pit mining processes
• Monitor and analyze mining performance using advanced tools and software, such as AutoCAD, MineSight, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in mining operations
• Provide technical support and guidance to mining personnel
• Develop and maintain detailed reports and documentation of mining activities
• Participate in the development and implementation of new mining technologies and practices
• Ensure that all mining activities are conducted in accordance with environmental and social responsibility guidelines

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in open-pit mining operations
• Proven experience in the use of mining software and tools, such as AutoCAD, MineSight, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong knowledge of mining regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines
