📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement performance management systems and processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees to support their professional development.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to managers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with managers to set performance objectives and track progress, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to enhance employees' performance management skills.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of performance management processes, making recommendations for continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance management, organizational development, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of performance management systems, tools, and software, such as Workday, BambooHR, or similar.
• Proficient in data analysis and interpretation, with experience using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Certification in performance management or organizational effectiveness is a plus.
